Prof. Dr. Sutay Yavuz, faculty member at the Department of Sociology, Ankara Social Sciences University, served as rapporteur for the recently published "Special Expertise Commission Report on Family, Population, and Demographic Transformation," prepared as part of Turkey's Development Plan process.
