  • Childcare and Family Welfare (August 21, 2026): At the Department of Social Welfare, discussions focused on the quasi-public childcare system based on public-private partnerships, the standardization of home-based childcare, and the management of 130 public childcare centers.

  • Ageing and Long-Term Care (August 28, 2026): The visit to the Aging and Long-Term Care Office addressed "aging in place" strategies, including 491 community-based care stations, 133 day care centers, as well as the Dementia Friendly City and Aging Innovation Village initiatives.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Deputy Commissioner Shu-Fang WU, Deputy Director Jia-Ling HOU, and the officials of the New Taipei City Government for their warm hospitality and valuable contributions.
